  1. Legal compliance

  • Sea Loft Varna is registered under the requirements of the Tourism Act. Accommodation is declared via the municipality.

  • Guest data are recorded according to Art. 116. Guest name, document number, nationality, date of birth, dates of stay are collected and — where required — submitted to the national tourism registration system.

  1. Booking and payment

  • Reservation becomes valid upon payment.

  • Price per night is as published on the website. Seasonal rates apply (high season / low season).

  • Guest provides accurate contact details at booking.

  1. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in starts at 15:00.

  • Check-out is until 11:00.

  • Early arrival or late departure may be allowed if requested in advance and subject to availability.

  1. Occupancy and guest policy

  • Property accommodates up to 6 guests, as listed on the website.

  • Visitors without booking are not permitted.

  • Guest provides a valid identity document at arrival. Data recorded per legal requirements.

  1. Use of property and behavior rules

  • Guest uses the property responsibly and respects furniture, fixtures and equipment.

  • Damage must be reported immediately. Guest bears cost for any damage caused.

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Loud noise and parties are forbidden after 22:00 in respect to neighbours and local regulation.

  1. Cleaning and maintenance

  • The house is provided clean with fresh linen and towels. This includes bedding and essentials described on the website (kitchen, appliances, linens, Wi-Fi etc.)

  • Daily cleaning is not included unless explicitly agreed.

  • Guest leaves the property in reasonable condition at departure.

  1. Safety and liability

  • Guest locks all doors and windows when leaving.

  • Guest uses electrical appliances only in intended manner.

  • Operator does not bear responsibility for personal items lost or stolen.

  • Children under 18 stay under supervision at all times.

  1. Taxes and tourist fee

  • The property is registered under Bulgarian law for tourist accommodation.

  • Guest acknowledges possible tourist tax imposed by municipality. Rate varies according to local ordinance. Operator collects and remits as required by law.

  1. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation policy is defined at time of booking.

  • Refunds follow selected cancellation policy.

  • No-show or cancellation outside allowed period leads to full charge.

  • If operator cancels due to force majeure or reasons beyond guest control, full refund will be issued.

  1. Privacy and data protection

  • Personal data collected only for identification, legal registration, communication and booking management.

  • Data are handled according to Bulgarian and EU privacy legislation.

  1. Disputes

  • Any dispute is first addressed via direct communication between guest and operator.

  • If no agreement is reached, dispute is subject to competent Bulgarian court jurisdiction.

  1. House rules and neighborhood respect

  • Guest respect neighbours and residential environment.

  • Waste is disposed only in provided bins.

  • No loud behavior after 22:00.
